Sunset Point-Waterfront home w/ private pool, over 100 ft of dockage, kayaks, bikes and so much more!!

Great Property! Very clean, spacious, comfortable and relaxing with great amenities. Plenty of dock space for boat, nice pool and great sunsets sitting at pool or on seawall. Comfortable beds too. Will be coming back. Ruth was great to work with as well and very responsive to questions prior to visit and while visiting.

Our family had the most wonderful two week vacation in the Fl Keys. Sunset Point has to be one of our favorite homes we have stayed in!! You are immediately drawn to the beautiful waterfront view and the home is just as amazing. We were so comfortable and the extra touches of fresh flowers in the home and starters of food items is something we have not experienced in our vacations in the past. It truly made us feel welcomed. We biked to the beach on many occasions, snorkeled at the reef, hung out on the sandbar, fished and watched the most beautiful sunsets from the home! We will definitely be back.

My husband and I visited this property for the second time and found it even more enjoyable than our first visit. There have been recent updates and amenities that enhanced our stay. The house is clean, well equipped and in a great location. Communication with the host was prompt and very responsive. We highly recommend this property for anyone interested in staying in the Marathon area.

Three couples of us have been coming to Marathon since 2020. So this is our fifth house and our favorite so far. The home was exceptionally well stocked. The sunsets were stunning and extremely private. And Ruth was by far the best rental manager we’ve experienced. If you’re hesitating booking this one, just pull the trigger. You will not be disappointed!
